Photoshoot at Sandon Hall

In December I was lucky enough to be involved in a photoshoot organised by Ian from French Connection Photography.

I created a winter themed makeup look with a strong matte berry lip. Hair was created by Natalie who owes Bridal Hair Specialists. Dresses were supplied by Wedding Belles of Four Oaks and were from the designer Maggie Sottero. Ian wanted to create an editorial bridal look so the Maggie Sottero dresses and location were selected as they were prefect for this look.

Voted 'Best Makeup Artist' in the West Midlands for the fourth year running!

Last Wednesday I had the pleasure of attending the beautiful Mythe Barn where the West Midlands leg of the regional awards for The 2015 Wedding Industry Awards were held. This is the first year the awards have decided to celebrate the regional winners by throwing regional events. It was a great night, I loved catching up with all my industry friends.

I was very shocked and surprised to find out for the fourth year in a row I have been voted 'Best Makeup Artist' in the West Midlands!!!!

 

Thank you so much to all my clients who took the time to vote for me in the 2015 awards, it means so much. I'm so thankful I get to do a job I love everyday. It is my clients who make this possible, so thank you so much for putting your trust in me to be part of your wedding day.

I am now through to the national awards and get to go to London in January, I can't wait!

Romatic Bridal Photoshoot

In May I was lucky enough to be involved in a photoshoot set up by Abi from Pumpkin Events. The theme for the photoshoot was romantic. Abi got some fantastic suppliers involved including Nicola from Daffodil Waves Photogtaphy, Cotton and Crumbs and Herminone Harbutt.
